Draft for review. Written for the test site so the footer has somewhere true to point. OneVision should have it reviewed before launch. It isn’t legal advice.
Privacy
Last updated 25 September 2026
Truehold is run by OneVision Project Services Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 20 162 893 307), PO Box 1035, Cronulla NSW 2230. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This page says what we collect, why, where it’s kept and what you can ask us to do.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and a scrambled (hashed) copy of your password. We never store the password itself.
- Your photo, if you add one. It’s shrunk to a small square before it’s saved.
- Work records: jobs, buildings, quotes, invoices, hours, notes and checklists that you or your team enter.
- A record of changes: who changed what on a job, and when, so the history can be trusted.
We don’t ask for bank or card numbers, and we don’t ask for ID documents.
Why we use it
To run the work: to sign you in, show you the jobs you’re allowed to see, and keep an honest record of what happened. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who can see it
- People inside OneVision see what their role allows. A new account sees nothing about any job until the office gives it a role.
- Contractors see only their own work and their own price, never the client’s price.
- Tenants and residents never see prices.
Where it’s kept
On servers in Sydney, Australia (Amazon Web Services, Sydney region). Pages are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Cookies
We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. It lasts up to 14 days, or until you sign out. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics.
Other services
Photos on our public pages are loaded from Unsplash, so your browser contacts Unsplash to show them; their privacy policy applies to that. Email, accounting and messaging services (such as Gmail, Xero or Slack) are not connected today. If one is connected later, this page will name it and say what it receives before it’s switched on.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account. Some work records may need to be kept for tax and building law reasons; if so, we’ll tell you which and why.
