Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Truehold, run by OneVision Project Services Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 20 162 893 307). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.

This is a test service

Truehold is being built and tested. It may change, pause or lose test data without notice. Nothing in it is sent to clients, contractors or accounting systems yet, and figures shown on the test site are demo data. Don’t rely on it as your only record of work.

Your account

• Give your real name and an email address you use.
• Keep your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• A new account can’t see any job until OneVision gives it a role. We may decline or remove an account.

Using it properly

• Only enter information you’re allowed to share, and keep it accurate.
• Don’t try to see work, prices or people your role doesn’t cover, and don’t try to break or overload the service.
• Approvals mean something: only approve what you’ve checked. The Assistant can draft, but a person always approves.

Who owns what

The work records you enter belong to OneVision and its clients, as they would on paper. The Truehold software, design and name belong to its makers. You may not copy or resell the software.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep Truehold working and your information safe. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses caused by relying on test data, or by events outside our control.

Changes and ending

We’ll post any change to these terms on this page with a new date. You can stop using Truehold at any time and ask us to close your account.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
