Read-only viewers, like your bookkeeper, are free too.
For 14 days you get everything in Business, with no card needed. Choose a plan before the trial ends and nothing stops. If you don’t, the workspace pauses: the office can still sign in and choose a plan, crew see a note to ask the office, and nothing you entered is deleted.
Yes. Prices here are ex GST; GST at 10% is added at checkout. Each charge comes with a tax invoice showing the amount ex GST, the GST and the total, made out to the business name and ABN you enter in Settings → Billing. Past invoices stay in Settings → Billing to download.
Yes. Cancel in Settings → Billing and your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, then stops. No lock-in contract and no cancellation fee. Changed your mind before the period ends? Press Resume and nothing changes.
The plan is to keep everything in Sydney: jobs, photos and records in a database hosted in the Sydney region. That’s planned, not finished – the test site already runs on a server in Sydney. Card payments are handled by Stripe on its own systems, which may be outside Australia. Truehold never sees or stores a card number.
On Enterprise we move your jobs, clients and buildings across for you as part of onboarding. A self-serve import from Monday or another system isn’t available yet, so on Starter and Business you can start fresh with your next job, or email us about a hand-done move.
